Can I disable a hyperlink in Powerpoint once it is used?

I am doing a powerpoint and would like it to track the hyperlinks i have
clicked on to disable them after use, they may be used in a random. is this
possible?

Try adding a 99% / no line transparent box over the hyperlink. Give it an
entrance of appear triggered by a click on the hyperlink.
