Can I download Access onto Hp iPAQ 5550?

Please tell me if I can download Microsoft Access Database program onto my
iPAQ 5550?

Unfortunately, Dataviz only runs on the Palm, not on the PocketPC (which is
what the iPAQ OS is). I have been using HanDBase which runs on both. It
works fairly well, and does sync nicely, but is not relational, so some
compromises and work-arounds must be made.
