can I download new versions of office 2000 standard

My old computer had office 2000 standard edition.My new computer doesn't, and
I've lost all my four disks for excel, word, powerpoint etc. Is there a way
of acquiring these without having to buy them again? Or can I upgrade, does
microsoft keep a record of the license agreements?

If you don't have the installation CDs, you cannot upgrade. You also cannot
download Office from any legitimate site.
