can i download office 2003 to desktop and laptop?

I downloaded Office student and teacher edition 2003 to my desktop and also
wanted to download to my laptop. I was not sucessfull downloading to laptop.
I entered to product kep and the downloaded started and seems to freeze
right at the end. I waited for almost a hour and it would not continue. What
am I doing wrong? how am I able to download to my desktop? Step by step
would be very helpful!

Are you actually downloading Office S&T from somewhere on the internet, or
do you mean you're trying to install it from CD?

What operating system is on your laptop?
Do you receive any error messages?
