Can I Edit fonts, colors of Mail Folder titles?

Running XP Home Edition and Outlook 2003 11.6358.6360
SP1, part of Office 2003 Professional on a Dell D500
Latitude. Would like to be able to highlight Mail
Folders with different colors, bold and larger fonts,
etc. Is there a way to do this? IMHO would be a great
feature! Thanks!
