Hi.
When using outlook contacts I can edit multiple contacts in phone list view
as if it were excel.
I am unable to do this when editing multiple contacts in BCM.
I must open each one individually.
I can edit catagories without opening each record.
Is there a view where I can edit my contacts like a spread sheet - and I
don't mean exporting then importing - I don't think it will keep all the
associative e-mails attached after exporting editing then importing.
