Can I email Powerpoint 2003 presentation to a user using 2000

If I upgrade to Powerpoint 2003
-can I email a presentation to a Powerpoint 2000 user-and he be able to open
it etc?
-do I have to upgrade all my office software or can I just upgrade to
Powerpoint 2003?

If you have a simple presentation, users with ppt 2000 will be able to open
it unless you password protect it.

When making a presentation in 2003, you can always go to Tools > Options >
Edit, to disable the new features (New animation effects, multiple masters
and password protection). In this way, users with ppt 2000 or below will be
able to view your presentations without much problems.
