I'm having trouble playing back videos in powerpoint, i've got audio but no video.
https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/windows.aspx < This is supposed to be the right page. Does anybody know which download would be best for powerpoint video playback? I've running windows 7, service pack 1, 64bit
I've tried the 'platform update' download but received the installation message that my pc already had this update. I'm guessing it's one of the DirectX updates or a windows 7 upgrade? If I do have to update my windows 7 I'll just backup all my files and make a note of what I've currently got installed, that should be fine.
