Can I enter into two calendars at one time?

I work in a department where I need to keep track of 6 peoples schedules. In
Microsoft Outlook I want to create a calendar with everyone's schedules in
it. What I need to know is, is there a way where when they enter information
into their personal Outlook calendar, that it could automatically be put into
the other calendar at the same time? I need it to be able to show in both
calendars if they are in the office, busy, etc.

Thanks!

You can always invite the other calendar. Choose Actions, no response when
you do.

Diane,
Thanks for your repsonse. However, I am very new to using the Outlook
Calendar.
When you say "You can always invite the other calendar. Choose Actions, no
response when
you do."

I go to the toolbar and go to Actions, then I don't know what to do from
there.

Thanks again!

If you have 2002 or 2003 you could use the Group Schedules function
instead - it will show you live data from their Calendars side by side. Use
Help to see how to make one.

Please post your version when you ask questions.

it's on the meeting request form when you invite the other person.
