Can I fade a picture in Frontpage 2003

I need to know if fading a picture is possible in Frontpage 2003. If so how?
I need to fade a logo in and out.

I don't know whether FP 2003 has any menu options to do this, but if you use
IE, there are ways to fade-in and fade-out using HTML/JS.

There have been some postings on this NG, but to help along, here is a

This fades the image in on mouseover and on mouseout changes it back to a
foggy image

The best way to do it in the most cross-browser/platform reliable way, is to
use Flash - javascript just cannot do this job well.
