There no longer is a manual. The existing ones are called:
Building Applications with Microsoft Access
and haven't been included since Access 2.0 or on the CD disc for some time.
While significantly better than nothing, it wasn't anywhere near as good as
some of the 3rd party books. At Amazon.com, look up books by John L.
Viescas, Rebecca Riordan, Scott Barker, and Ken Getz.
