Can I get Outlook contacts from earlier dates?

For no particular reason I lost 254 of 630 addresses & phone numbers from my
contacts in Outlook. These are really important to my company because Outlook
syncs with my Customer Mgr files. My files are now with out these addresses
and phone numbers.

Is there some way I can go back to Mondays data and input into my contacts
list?
