Other than using WSUS that Milly had suggested, you can also use Microsoft
Update, which can be found from http://update.microsoft.com
Once you have installed the ActiveX for Microsoft Update, in the future all
critical updates for Office will be downloaded automatically through
Automatic Updatses.
