Can I have someone else's calendar available when offline?

Our managing director's PA has asked me whether it is possible to see the
director's calendar when she is working offline. I know its quite simple to
set Outlook up so that your own calendar is available when offline, but is
it possible to make someone else's also available when offline? I suspect
not, but I would be grateful if someone could tell me conclusively either
way.

Thanks in advance.

Only if you copy that person's appointments into a folder that you can work with offline -- i.e. one in your own mailbox or a .pst file.

Thanks Sue. I had a feeling that was the only way forward.
