Can I import adresses in word doc to outlook contacts?

I have files with address in a chart in word format. I need to get them into
Outlook contacts. Can this be done? If so how?

Russ Valentine [MVP-Outlook]

Use the Import Wizard to show you the data types Outlook can import. Convert
your table to one of those file types.
