Can I import an .xlr file MS Work(Movie Collection) to MS Access?

I have created a DVD Collection in .xlr format from MS Works,can I import
that file into MS Access?

All you have to do is save it in a file format Access can read. That
doesn't include Works' .XLR file format. Excel can't read them either.
If you still have Works, open the .xlr file in works and save as
a .csv file. If you don't still have works, try the Works to Excel
converter at

Access can read Excel .xls files.

FWIW, MS Excel can open the MS Works 6.0 or higher spreadsheets in .XLR format, and MS Works can also save as .XLS in Excel 97-2003
format.
