can i import contact history from a microsoft access database?

I have been using a microsoft access database as a contact manager for a few
years and would now like to transfer this to Business contacts in Outlook.

I have transferred all the contact details, but would also like to import
the contact history too.

Looking at the fields, it should be quite easy to map the fields, but want
to know if it possible to do this in any way?

The import facility only permits contact transfer, is their any third party
software or any tools that microsoft supply that will allow the contacts to
be transferred also?
