Can I import firefox "personal folders" to outlook mail?

I have a large number of email files that I want to import into OutLook
email. Is this possible? How?

Firefox is a web browser like IE. Neither contain folders containing email.
Are you accessing webmail using Firefox, or are you mistaken in the name of
the email client you are using?
