Mysterious as it may be, Access and Works can't talk to one another.
What you can do is export your data from Works to another format that Access
can understand (.txt, .csv or .dbf), and then import it into Access.

Not directly, no. You'll need to save it as a text file or Excel file, and
then import that.

I believe you can. File, Save As offers text, Excel, and others that I
can't remember.
