Can I insert text that will fit to a shape?

I can only find a way of inserting a box. Is there a way of getting the
text to fill the shape, in the shape of the shape, if you know what I
mean?!!!

inside a shape". It's a bit of a 'work around' and not totally satisfactory
but it might do what you want
