Can I install Office 2003 upgrade on my second computer?

I had Office 2000 Professional on my desktop. A few months ago, I
bought/installed/activated Office 2003 upgrade on it. I recently purchased a
laptop that I now use 90% of the time. I have Office 2000 on it. Can I
upgrade my Office 2000 on my laptop using the same Office 2003 upgrade or do
I need to purchase a whole new upgrade?

YES. you are allowed to install Office 2003 RETAIL version on 2
systems. You can also activate it online without problems.

The End User License Agreement for a retail-box copy of Office
2003 allows you to install the software on one desktop and one
laptop computer both owned by you, so you should be able to
upgrade your laptop using the same Office 2003 CD and product key.
