Can I Install Office 2003

(I own the complete Office 2003) What i need to know , will it work, can i
install the program without microsoft force feeding me 79 updates......

It'll work, assuming you have the cd (or image) and license key for it and
install it on any modern version of Windows.

You don't have to accept any updates but since some of the updates fix
problems with some of the apps, it might be wiser to get them.

At the very least, you'd want to download and use the most recent service
pack.

Depending on your version of Windows (which you omitted) you can
certainly set Windows Update to notify you only of available updates....
