Can I install Office on a new computer if my old one crashed?

I bought and installed Office Pro 2003 a few years back for my laptop. But
now its time for a new laptop as my old one is suffering from expensive
mechanical failure. Do I have to buy another license to use Office or can I
simply reinstall it?

As long as it wasn't pre-installed by an original equipment manufacturer,
then you can re-install it on your laptop.

Check the EULA (End User License Agreement) to make sure.
