- Can I leave Outlook open without using a space on the task bar?

I would like to keep Outlook open so I can know when an email comes in
but I don't like having it show up on the task bar. Can I make it use
only the little space next to the clock?

Outlook 2002 and 2003 both have an options to minimize to the system tray.
Any Outlook prior to that will require a third-party iconifier.

I swear I read that as "conifer" and wanted to know what evergreens had to
do with it.... is iconifier a real word?

What was it that the caterpillar in Wonderland said? Oh, yeah. "When I use
a word, it means exactly what I choose it to mean, neither more nor less."
