Can I link text and pics together into multiple Word documents?

We create service sheets for our clients that show their support team,
including text and employee pictures. At the bottom, we include a small
section with text and pics of a few other relevant staff members. This
bottom section is common to all service sheets, so whenever there is staff
turnover, all the sheets need to be updated one by one, which is a pain.
I'd like to find a way to use OLE to create this section once and link it to
all the service sheets so a change to the source is automatically reflected
in all service sheets. I've experimented with text boxes, but I seem to
have very little flexibility in arranging the pictures inside them as I need
to. Can someone point me in the right direction for this? What type of
box/frame/table/document/whatever do I need to use so I can arrange text and
pictures exactly as needed within it, and then create a link to drop that
object into my service sheets? I'm just looking for conceptual overview
here...if I know exactly WHAT to do conceptually and know WHICH tools to
use, I can figure out HOW to use them. Do I need to get any other office
applications involved, or can Word handle the task by itself?

Any help appreciated...I've searched and experimented on this but I'm stuck.

Thanks,
Bryan

However you create the standard section, you can use either an AutoText or
an IncludeText field for it (in this case, the latter would probably be
better). Create the section in a separate file, then use Insert | File |
Insert as Link.
