Can I load global IME for Chinese with Office 2003 and Windows XP

Seems the two options IME for Office XP and IME version 5.02 can't work with
this combination - 5.02 won't load with Windows XP and IME for XP won't work
with Office 2003. Are there any ways around this?

See reply to Melissa's question. The key is to look up "Regional and
language options" in the "Control Panel" from the Windows Start menu (need
administrator rights). For windows XP you can just enable the language you
want and don't need to download global IME to make it happen.
