Can I make a web site banner?

Hello, I am wanting to make a web site / auction page banner to a specific
pixel size. Is there a way to to do this within Publisher?

You can create a banner in Publisher. Tools, options, change the measure units
default to pixels. Create a rectangle, right-click, click format autoshape, size
tab. Adjust the pixel size to what you have in mind. Either create your design
inside this rectangle or use grid guides. When you are finished, group the
objects, right-click, save as picture.
