Can I make a "You are being redirected" page?

Hi
Is it possible to make one of those pages that automaticaly redirect
the visitor to another URL within my website in X seconds or give them
the option to click a hyperlink in FP2000 V 4.0.2......?
Any reply copied to melmes at xtra dot co dot nz would be most
appreciated.
