I want to know if you have two or more charts in a power point presentation
during the slide show if the speaker wants to highlight one chart for
discussion can he click on the chart and it be viewed full screen?

Few ways to go about it. What PowerPoint version are you using?
For 2002/XP and above, you can use triggers animation. See your previous
post on how to use triggers.

For all version of PowerPoint, you can use hyperlink.
Try it out on one chart first.
Add another slide which contains the enlarged chart.
Go back to the slide which contains the two charts, then right click on one
chart and select action setting.
Click Hyperlink to and select the slide with the enlarged chart.
You can also add another link to go back to the original view.

If you have PowerPoint 2002/2003 you can use the Emhasis of "Grow/Shrink to
enlarge the graph on a click - but the text looks funky when enlarged.

You can create the effect that it's popping up using the following steps:

Start with the slide that has the two graphs on it.
Create a second slide that features the larger version of one of your
graphs. Hide this slide.
Go back to the first slide.
Select the graph that you want to enlarge
Right click, select Action Settings
Click "Hyperlink", Select "Slide" then the slide number that contains your
enlarged graph. Click OK.
Conversely, draw an Action Button on the slide with the large graph. Using
your Action Settings, link the button back to the original slide.
Repeat for the other graph if desired.

I did agree with you on the funky text. Instead, it is probably better to
make a duplicate chart, then enlarge it. Add a Entrance (fade) effect to the
graph on click(trigger animation).

If the funky fonts bug you (and they do me too), use this cheat... Insert
the chart at the size you want it to be when it is grown. Then have it enter
and shrink at the same time. Now, add the triggered grow animation and it
will stay clean at the larger size.
