Can I move email coming from one of my email address directly to a folder.
In other words, If I have many email addresses coming in my inbox, is it
possible to set a rule to separate emails when they arrive? one folder for
each email account.

Yes, you can do this with a rule - as long as they're separate accounts you
check. For example, if you use Exchange and have many alias addresses in
your mailbox, this won't work.
