Can I move Excel 2007 tool bars to the bottom of screen or get rid

Can't find a way to move the tool bars to the bottom of the Excel 2007 screen
or even how to get rid of icons that I dont use. Any help you can give me
would be must appreciated.

title bar is included, but you might want to give a try with:
executeexcel4macro "show.toolbar(""ribbon"",,4)"

or even how to get rid of icons that I dont use...
