Can I open a .mdi file in Office 2000?

Trying to open a .mdi file. Recieving system is running W2k w/ Office 2k.
Is there a way to open this file? Can MODI be added to 2000 or is it
restricted to 2003?

There is currently no viewer tool for this (AFAIK) so you must have 2003 to
accomplish this. Note that it can save to .TIFF too so you should'nt have a
problem saving to that format.
