Can I overwrite one set of macro keyboard shortcuts with another?

Using Word 2002, I'd like to be able to assign different sets of shortcuts to
the same keys (shortcuts that activate macros) and simply overwrite the file
that holds the assignments to
bring in the set I need.

Is the file available to be overwritten?

Also, in Word 2002, can I print out lists of shortcuts?

Many thanks

The 'file that holds the shortcuts' is the template in which the key
assignments are defined - by default this is normal.dot. Yes you can
overwrite it, but you'll overwrite a heap of other stuff as well. Easier to
use a different template for each set of assignments.

You can print the list of shortcuts by selecting 'Key assignments' from the
'Print what' list on the print dialog.
