Can I "paste special" in OneNote2007?

I see no Paste Special command. Can I paste in plain text without html
formatting when copying a selection from the web?

When you do the paste, a paste tag should show up just below and to the
right of the pasted items. Click the icon for the paste tag and you will get
the paste options available for that content. Plain text should be the third
one on the list.
