Can I print grayscale or black and white?

Version: 2008
Operating System: Mac OS X 10.5 (Leopard)
Processor: intel

I have just upgraded from a 2002 iMac to a 2008 macbook, which means that I've also upgraded from a very old version of Mac Word to the new one. I'm loving it, for the most part, but I've found one frustration: I can't seem to choose to print in black/white or grayscale. Is this just not a feature of the new mac word, or am I just missing something?
Thanks!

It's there, it's a bit "hidden".

File>Print and change Copies and Pages to ColorSync

Then change Quartz Filter to Black and White or Grey Tone.

Sorry about that: Word inherits the entire printing subsystem, including the
dialogs, from the OS. That's where Apple put it :)

Cheers
