can I program an excel sheet to not work after a certain date?

Hello,

I have an excel 97 workbook that I programed that I would
like to be able to e-mail to others and then not work
after a certain day, or if possible a certain number of
times they have used it. Is this possible?

You can try. See the archives, and use "expire" (without quotes) as
a search term:

You'll find, however, that XL is not a secure application, and that
any roadblocks you put up will fall fairly easily to simple
techniques.
