Just out of interest why does it appear that the rules are different if you
buy it separately from when you actually bought the kit ?
Is it just related to how much I paid ? (ie more than if I got it bundled
with the kit)

I'm considering buying a whole new set of kit as my laptop keeps
crashing.
I bought a copy of the full Office 2003 suite a couple of years ago
(boxed
set, not download) for my laptop (expensive !). Will I be able to
install
this on new kit, or is it unique to each machine, like the operating
system,
and I'll have to buy another copy ?
