Can I rearrange data label sequence

Excel 07, in pie chart, have label options with check boxes Series Name,
Category Name, Value, Percentage. So a typical outcome is "Tonnes 3,450 24%"
separated by lines. Would be better if it was "3,450 Tonnes 24%. Is there a
method to change the sequncing without messing up automated results.

Hi,

the data lables are picking their info up from cells in the spreadsheet, so
create a new column and concatenate the three components. For example create
a column with the values of the individual slices divided by the total - this
is the %, suppose it is in column C with the values in B.

=B2&" Tonne "&C2

Fill this formula down. Then use the XLChartLabeler to add these as data
labels to your chart.
