Can I recover a file a wrote over using AutoRecover

I have AutoRecover turned on and I have written over a good version of a
file. Is there a way to find the most recent Autorecover file and read that
up? Thanks.

Unfortunately, the autorecover doesn't recover files you've overwritten.

You might want to check into Shyam's Sequential Save to help keep from doing
this kind of thing in future. http://skp.mvps.org/seqsave.htm
