Can I recover deleted items from calendar?

I accidentally deleted items from my calendar - is there any way to recover
them? They are not in my deleted items or recycle bin.

Outlook version and how did you delete them, please? Is this standalone or on an Exchange server?

Post all replies to the group to keep the discussion intact. All
unsolicited mail sent to my personal account will be deleted without
reading.
