Can I redefine Word 2003 "Normal.dot".

I've been working to redefine Word 2003 "Normal.dot". For some strange
reason, my changes are not being saved. Also how do I modify Word's
Normal.dot in Office 2003.

I assume you know how to make changes to Normal.dot, although these

If you're having trouble getting the changes to save, and you have the
latest version of Adobe Acrobat on your machine, the problem is Adobe's
add-in. To work around it, hold Shift while you click the File menu and
select Save All. If that doesn't help, verify that the Normal.dot file isn't
marked read-only.
