Can I remove the Journal from the folder list?

Hi,

I don't use the Journal and I don't intend to. I have Outlook 2000. I'd
like to remove it from the Folder List altogether. I haven't been able to
discover how to do this. Whenever I accidentally click on it all it does
is give me a stupid dialog box asking me if I want to turn it on.

Is there any way to remove or hide it?

No, you can't remove or hide it - some older exchange clients allow you to
delete it, but outlook will recreate it.

No - but when you get the message for the first time (about enabling it),
you should be able to pick "no" and "don't remind me again" IIRC.
