can I restore a deleted folder from Outlook 2003

Help!! I had a sub-folder in my IN box, which I needed to send to someone
else. I thought I'd better tidy it up, but when I clicked on the X at the
top of the page, it deleted the whole file. I know it probably came up with
a message saying "do you want to delete this file", but I assumed *stupidly*
that it meant the email, and clicked YES. Can I restore it?? I've checked
the deleted folders, but its not there, and its not in the recycle bin on
desktop.
