Can I return to the NEXT slide after hyperlinking to a custom show

I'm making a muliple choice test using PowerPoint. I have 2 custom shows -
one for correct and one for incorrect. The "Show and return" option works
well for when you choose an incorrect answer - it takes you back to the same
slide so you can try again. But when you click on the correct answer, I wast
it to go to the next slide in the original show so you can continue with the
test. Is this possible? Is there another way to do this?

On the correct answer slide add an Action Button with a setting that takes
you to the next slide. You could use description text like "Next Question" or
something like that.

Also, if you don't set up the correct answer slide as a show (hide it), but
just link (action setting) to it when the correct answer button is selected,
you can automatically forward to the next question using a click.

That's what I ended up doing later. Thanks!

Another way you can do this is to place a clear box (no lines and no fill)
over the whole slide with a hyperlink to the slide you want to open next.
When you click on the slide anywhere the slide advances.
