We have networked computers and each person (2) wants access to the other's
contacts and calendars. Is this possible?
Theory says it is possible. I have these instructions from MS on how
to set it up, but I haven't yet gotten them to work. Maybe they'll
work for you. Please let us know how it works.
How to Display Contacts for Two Different Mailboxes
------------------------------
When you use Outlook to open more than one Microsoft Exchange Server
mailbox, only the contacts from the primary mailbox are available in
the Outlook Address Book. This article describes how to make the
contacts from each mailbox, both primary and secondary, available in
the profile or Outlook Address Book.
This procedure requires the following major steps:
- Create a new profile for the secondary mailbox
- Initialize the secondary mailbox contacts folder
- Point the Exchange Server service to the primary mailbox
- Initialize the primary mailbox contacts folder
