Can I seach in newsgorp postings?

I hate to ask a question that may be so basic it may go
unanswered or at the very least irritate some users. Is
there a Search for the newgroup postings? The Search at
the top of the page searches Microsoft itself but a search
result in the newgroups may more closely resemble my needs.
