Can I search interested posts by key words?

This is a very good website. Everyday, there are lot of posts providing best
practices from different users. However, I feel little difficult to find the
posts which match my current interests because there are too many posts just
grouped in time order.
I am wondering if it is possible to have a customized filter or refined
search tool so that makes life easier?

Thanks in advance,

JJin

It depends on how you're reading the newsgroup. Google groups has a nice
search feature and retains much more of the history than the Microsoft
Servers. If you use a news reader, like Outlook Express or Windows Mail
(Vista), then you'll have the search capabilities built into those tools.
Other newsreaders also have this type of functionality.
