Can I see my tasks and email at the same time (Multiple Views)

The Task Pad view is available as a side pane while I am in Calendar - but it
is not avialable while I am in Mail - and I would like it to be. Is there a
way to do that?

Right-click Tasks and choose Open in New Window.
