Can I send an email but have another person's name as the sender?

I'd like to create and send an email message but show the sender's name as
someone else? Is that possible?

That would depend on your configuration. In an Exchange environment, you'd
have to ask the other person to set you as a delegate or request Send As
permissions for that person.
