Can I set a password to open MS Outlook??

Would be great if you could help me out in this

Like how it is in outlook express, we have identities & password to open
it. Do we have the same in Ms Oultook 2003.

Please advise if I could set a password to open the program.

Outlook uses your Windows profile to manage permissions. Outlook Express
uses different identities for different accounts. Since Outlook could have
multiple mailboxes associated with a single Windows profile, there's no way
to distinguish different identities like Express does.
